UC Nano (UCN) is a national high-tech enterprise dedicated to nano research and development. The project aims to combine touch-sensitive smart table ordering software and other entertainment software with restaurant tables to provide consumers with smart catering services.

I decided to combine the touch-pad with a Japanese restaurant in China. I used Rhinoceros and KeyShot software to make some design renderings to prove my concept. My design concept is to embed the smart touch-pad into the restaurant table. My design is in line with the style of this Japanese restaurant, including the table materials and the restaurant table layout. In addition, the touch-pad embedded on the table is more convenient for customers to use.
我决定将触摸板与中国的一家日本餐馆结合在一起。我使用Rhinoceros和KeyShot软件制作了一些设计效果图,以证明我的概念。我的设计理念是将智能触摸板嵌入餐厅的桌子。我的设计符合这家日本餐厅的风格,包括桌子的材料和餐厅的餐桌布置。此外,嵌入在桌子上的触摸板更便于客户使用。

My design was approved by the client. After that, we worked with colleagues in the technical department to customize a table with a touch screen for the restaurant. The picture below shows the final project product. Customers can order food by touching the touch-pad embedded on the table. In addition, the touch-pad also introduces some games for customers to play while waiting for dishes.
